Overview of Microsoft 365 Plans

Licensing is user-oriented. This means that each user/employee needs a license. A user with a licence can install the Office 365 apps on up to 15 devices (5 desktops, 5 tablets and 5 smartphones).

Microsoft 365 tariffs are called plans. Office 365 Web apps are included in all Microsoft 365 plans. Web apps include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and OneDrive storage.

Desktop apps can be installed locally and include Web apps plus Publisher and Access. Desktop apps are included in all plans, except Microsoft Teams Essentials, Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Office 365 E1.

Are the prices up to date?

Yes, we update the prices for Microsoft 365 licenses on a regular basis. With our M365 price calculator, you can calculate the exact costs in advance, for new licenses or quantity increasing for your existing licenses for a specific number of days. We can provide all Microsoft 365 licenses. The best way is to send us a CSV export from the admin portal . This makes it easy to see which licenses you need and when they expire.

How do I place an order?

We do not offer a shopping cart for license orders, as this is a highly customized process. Please contact us via our contact form or by email. Please include your name and the name of your company (we do not deliver to private persons). We offer all Microsoft 365 plans for businesses, enterprise, government, frontline, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, with monthly and yearly pricing options, which results in (almost) a thousand different combinations.

How fast are licenses delivered?

For existing customers, this can happen within minutes. New customers, however, usually have more time. So it’s really more a matter of the communication method. For existing customers, we rely on secure communication via the Jira ticket system rather than email.

When and how can I pay?

New customers should pay by bank transfer immediately after delivery and receipt of the invoice, but no later than 3–4 days after delivery. The exact payment terms are always listed in the PDF quote. For future orders, different payment terms may be mutually agreed upon.

What is the cost of licenses for new employees?

For new employees, only the quantity is increased. For existing monthly licenses, changes are made only when they are renewed. Prices may vary from month to month. For annual licenses, the price and expiration date remain the same, so the cost decreases every day since we invoice on a daily basis. We provide the following services free of charge as part of our customer service: increasing order quantities, ordering new licenses, and even handling more complex upgrades—even on weekends and holidays.
