Microsoft 365 trial, how to apply?

We can create a test tenant for your company free of charge.
We need the following information:

• Email address where we can send the initial access information
  
• Microsoft tenant name, if not available how should it be named, see below for tenant availability
  
• Contact person for any questions
  
• If possible, company name and how many licenses are required

We do not deliver to private individuals, but only to companies, traders, non-profit organisations, public authorities and institutions in EU countries.

Who needs a Microsoft 365 Trial?

Almost all companies need to try Microsoft 365 first and then buy it if necessary.

Even as a trial version you can install Office Apps and use them for 90 days. These apps or other services have no difference compared to paid version, just licenses have an expiration date, visible only via Microsoft Admin Portal.

Companies that are already using Microsoft 365 also need a test tenant to evaluate the sensitive changes first and create documentation if necessary. Possibly the next bigger Microsoft 365 (or Office 365) version will be tested before it is changed to higher licenses.

We can support you in simulating complex migrations with e.g. Windows AD, Exchange Server and synchronization to Azure AD and Exchange Online.
The entire environment can be hosted in Azure and connected to Microsoft 365 Trial-Tenant.

We also provide the required Azure infrastructure with Windows Server at no cost from your side to Microsoft. Only for such time-intensive tasks, we have Service & Support costs, which we calculate as a fixed amount and send an offer in advance.
