General Information About Microsoft 365 Plans

Microsoft 365 licensing is user-based. This means that each user or employee requires a license. A licensed user can install Microsoft 365 Apps on up to 15 devices (5 desktops, 5 tablets, and 5 smartphones).

Microsoft 365 subscriptions are called plans. Web apps are included in all Microsoft 365 plans. These include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and OneDrive storage.

Desktop apps can be installed locally and include the web apps plus Publisher and Access. Desktop apps are included in all plans except Microsoft Teams Essentials, Microsoft 365 Business Basic, and Office 365 E1.

For questions about licenses, please feel free to contact us. Yes. We update Microsoft 365 license prices regularly. With our M365 price calculator, you can calculate your exact costs in advance, whether you need new licenses or additional licenses for an existing subscription for a specific number of days. We can provide all Microsoft 365 licenses. The easiest way is to send us a CSV export from the admin portal. This allows us to see which licenses you need and when they expire. We do not use a shopping cart because Microsoft licensing is often an individual process. Please contact us by email or through our contact form. Please include your name and your company name (we do not supply private individuals). We provide Microsoft 365 licenses for businesses, government organizations, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions with monthly or annual subscriptions. Existing customers often receive licenses within minutes. New customers usually require more communication, so delivery time mainly depends on the communication process. Existing customers typically communicate with us through our Jira ticket system rather than email. New customers pay after delivery and receipt of the invoice, usually within 3-4 days by bank transfer. Exact payment terms are always listed in the PDF quotation. Different payment arrangements can be agreed for future orders. For monthly subscriptions, license increases are usually processed at renewal. Prices may change from month to month. For annual subscriptions, the price and renewal date remain unchanged. Additional licenses are billed on a daily basis, which means the remaining cost decreases every day until renewal. As part of our customer service, we also handle license increases, new licenses, and even more complex upgrades on weekends and public holidays at no additional charge.
