This low-cost plan includes: Teams, Exchange and OneDrive with 10 GB. You do not need another plan to use the extensive features of Teams.
You can also use Outlook, Word, Excel and Co. as a web version etc. see feature table.

A user with a licence can use the functionality of Microsoft Teams Essentials on up to 15 devices (5 desktops, 5 tablets and 5 smartphones).
